In addition to the package being offered with the inscription, we can provide the following services for european crews. This will be quoted for each interested crew according to their specific needs:
1.Sea transport for the car via EU – MEX -
2.Temporary import permit issued by the Mexican Motor Sports Federation (FMAD).
3.Customs clearance of the car in Mexico and back in EU.
4.Additional hotel nights.
5.Sports licensing issued by the FMAD.

Since this is a rally type competition, the crew consists exclusively by a pilot and copilot. Both must have drivers license, sports license of the Mexican Motor Sports Federation (FMAD), and full coverage insurance.

Required documentation: head shot pictures, copy of driver license (both pilot and copilot), fill out the form requesting the license type “D”.
The license fee this year is $1700 pesos but expires annually; for 2012 could increase approximately $200 pesos. This license includes major medical insurance.

If desired, prior to the event start (Wednesday), after mechanical and safety check, for people who request it, a brief explanation may be given by the organizing committee of how to read the road book and how to pass the different controls located in the road.

No, a crew for competitions such as rally is only a pilot and a copilot.

Yes, the organizing committee has additional rooms available in host hotels or hotels of other categories and also tickets for accompanying persons in this and other planned activities. Please consult the full package costs or by activity: Lodging, breakfast, lunch on the route, dinner in Cuernavaca, awards dinner.

Yes, there is a discount of $2000 mexican pesos for every extra crew. IE: if you encourage two crews, the discount is $4000 pesos, if it’s three crews, the discount is $6000 pesos, and so on.
The condition is that the encouraged crew has never competed in the race or has ceased to participate in at least the last edition.

Yes, when you require invoice you must pay 16% of VAT.
